Cancellation policy: Deposits in "excess of 1st nights fee" for bookings cancelled less than three weeks prior to arrival will not be refunded unless the pitch can be re-let.

Deposit: A non refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking. BACS or cheques cleared one week before arrival welcome. At busy times this deposit could be 50% of the amount owed. For Bank Holidays, 3 nights booking will be paid for upfront.
